Do clients need to install a new app?

No. Clients get notifications via Telegram or Email. You get the web dashboard; they stay in their usual channel.

How does automatic billing work?

Each client has a balance. You top it up manually. Before each session, MySched automatically deducts the session price.

Can MySched automatically charge clients before sessions?

Yes. A background scheduler runs every 15 minutes, finds sessions starting soon, and deducts the session price from each enrolled client's prepaid balance before the session starts.

How does the prepaid client balance work?

You top up a client's balance manually when they pay you (for example, $200 for a 10-session package). MySched deducts each session's price from that balance automatically and keeps the full transaction history on the client's profile.

Does MySched support recurring session series?

Yes. You can create recurring series (weekly, bi-weekly, custom cadences), and MySched generates concrete sessions three months ahead. Editing or cancelling one session in the series doesn't force you to rebuild the rest.

Can my team share one calendar across coaches?

Yes. Every employee works from the same shared calendar with day, week, and month views. Role-based access decides what each person can see and edit.

Does MySched work for music schools, language schools, or academies?

Yes. Any team running recurring paid sessions with a client roster is a fit: tennis and padel academies, swim and dance studios, yoga and fitness centers, music and language schools, private tutors, and consultants.

What happens financially when I cancel a session?

If the session was already charged, MySched automatically refunds each enrolled client's prepaid balance in the same transaction as the cancellation and sends a change notification via Telegram or Email.

What if I need to cancel a session?

When you cancel, MySched automatically refunds enrolled clients and notifies them via Telegram or Email.

Is this only for specific services?

How long does setup take?
